1. What we collect

We collect only what a marketplace needs to work: your name, email and phone when you contact us or post an ad; the content of listings you publish; and basic technical data (device type, pages viewed) that helps us keep the site fast and safe.

2. How we use it

To publish and manage your ads and seller profile.
To forward buyer enquiries and send service messages.
To verify sellers, prevent fraud and enforce welfare rules.
To send newsletters and promotions — only with your consent.

3. Newsletters

Subscribing is always optional. Every promotional email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops marketing mail immediately (service messages about your ads continue).

4. Who sees your data

Buyers see the contact details you choose to show on an ad — nothing more. We never sell personal data. Processors (hosting, email delivery, analytics) handle data only on our instructions under contract.

5. Your rights

Ask us anytime to see, correct, export or delete your data, or to object to marketing. Email hello@quillmarketads.com and we respond within 30 days.

6. Security & retention

Accounts are protected with encrypted passwords and optional two-step verification. Ad data is kept while your account is active; messages and logs are deleted after 24 months unless needed for a dispute.
